Bright and Clean!

I should wait to write this until I've had these for a while, but I will limit my remarks to installation and first impressions. I drive a '13 JK and for me, installation was super easy and very straightforward. They only go in one way.

I've attached a photo that shows the difference between the JW Speaker headlights I had, and these Mictuning lights I now have. In the photo, the headlights are ~8-10' from the wall. The JW Speaker light is that rectangle on the right and this Mictuning light on the left. Night and day!

Now, they say plug and play, and I say plug and play, but something of note is, the plug and play option does NOT give you the turn signal halo or the DRL startup sequence or DRL. There ARE wires for those features, but if you want them, you'll have to tie them in. I chose not to use them because I think they're a bit splashy for my tastes. I probably would add the DRL feature if it didn't throb. I may still add it as a switched feature, I dunno. Over all though, I am extra pleased with how bright and clean these are.
From the driver's seat, these are outstanding and a big improvement. But approaching the vehicle, I do still love the JW Speaker half halo look. Oh well. :-D --from amazon

BEYOND BRIGHT!!

The start up sequence is really awesome. The blue is super bright. And about 10 seconds later the white LEDs come on. The start up reminds me of IRON MANs suit. The DRLs are insanely bright, brighter than any other halos on the market. The headlights themselves are very bright too. MicTuning did not fail with these lights. --from amazon
